When will you be here for snow removal?
MRL understands that time is of the essence when it comes to responding to a snow event. We follow the same protocol in order to ensure everybody is being taken care of properly. Our team waits to go out until the snowfall has completely ceased. From there we deal with all our commercial lots before moving on to residential properties. Because of elements out of our control sometimes the list may take a little longer than "normal." That being said we work hard and do our best to get to you as quickly as possible, typically within a 24-48 hour window.
How do you handle pricing?
Pricing is different for every job, the best way to find out an exact answer for the job you are wanting done is to contact us for a quote. We will do our best to work within your schedule and budget when applicable.
Who will you send to complete the work on my property?
MRL Property Maintenance is a small business with an even smaller team. Owner, Max R. Long, will be on almost 100% of our jobs. He is the guy who answers the phone and is your best point of contact at all times.
When is the bill due/How do I pay it?
Most billing is handled on quickbooks, but we are flexible and easy to work with so let us know if there is something that works better for you. We also accept cash and checks. Bills are also due at different times depending on the job and what is discussed during the consultation, but typically are around two weeks after receiving an invoice.
